Rayne team rider Danny Hawes just spent a year in Vancouver working at the factory and before leaving he got a photo with the whole crew. He also wrote us a nice post to thank and appreciate those you don't see!

If you have ever ridden a Rayne board, currently ride a Rayne board or you are busy saving bank to get one under your feet, then remember these faces. These are the guys responsible for Rayne's epic boards. 10 hours a day, rain or shine, weekend or weekday you will find these guys in the factory (or you would if you were allowed in, which you're not!) pressing, cutting, sublimating, sanding, polishing, cutting, waxing, buffing and shipping! They are good at what they do, they work hard, they party hard and they do it all with a smile on their face!

I have had the pleasure to work closely with these guys for the past year and get to know them well. The term ''Rayne family'' is said a lot before, after and during events and mostly it is in reference to the team riders. I would like to include the factory staff in that too and give a big shout out to all of the factory and shipping guys at Rayne and say a big thank you to them all.

If you see these guys around, buy em a beer and shake their hands!
